Now I’ve been with Justhost almost 3 months now, and I did originally do a review of them back in August, but sometimes host degrade with time. That was the case with ASO, so I’ve decided I’d better do a post to reassure people Justhost is still awesome.
I was, when I joined, a little skeptical about how genuine Justhost was. Their offer looked a bit too good to be true. But after nearly 3 months, I totally take back my word.
In the time I’ve been with them so far, there’s been little more than 10 minutes downtime which is truly awesome for a shared webhost. In fact, my uptime script tells me there hasn’t been any significant server downtime in 64 days (to date). That is something to be proud of. Downtimes are never good for any website, so doing anything to avoid them is definitely worth it.
In addition to brilliant uptime there’s really good support and useful features. They have live chat support for small issues and ticket support for more advanced issues. They also have telephone support, but I prefer not to use it as it is a 0871 number which costs about 10p per minute to call.
Overall, I really like them as a host. I just make one payment a year and I don’t have to worry about hosting any more. This really is a 5 star host.
